Shipping Policy

Free shipping offers only to the Continental United States and Puerto Rico. An adult signature is required upon delivery, however, if you would like to have the box delivery without a signature, please make a notation in the note box, and we will ship accordingly. Miralba Colon Jorge its representative cannot be held responsible for lost or damage items. Standard shipping rates apply to all other international destination including import taxes and duties are paid by the recipient.

Return Policy

If you need to return an item please send it back to us fully insured and pre-paid CODs will not be accepted. The item must arrive unworn, in original condition, accompanied by the original packaging and receipt – within 14 days of placing the order. You will receive a full refund to the credit card in which the purchase was made minus the original shipping charge if all stated requirements are met.

Return will be processed upon receipt and an email confirmation will be sent.
Please note that it may take up to 10 days for the refund to post to your account depending on the cycle of your credit card.

Exchange Policy

Like returns, we will accept exchanges if you send the item back to us pre-paid and insured, within 7 days of receiving it. The jewelry must arrive unworn, in excellent condition, in the original packaging and with the receipt. Please email us at info@miralbacolonjorge.com to notify us of your decision. Sorry, no CODs will be accepted and shipping charges will apply on all exchanges.

Repairs Policy

Our jewelry collection are hand-crafted and as with any product of this nature,
natural wear and tear or accident may result in damage. Warranty covers 24k gold plated and rupture only when it is a manufacturing failure. We recommend any piece in this condition be sent to us for evaluation. This process may take up to 4 weeks and is completely free shipping cost only when the jewelry have manufacturing failure.
